Not gonna lie, I thought my recovery from my c-section birth was tough. I always envisioned that having a successful VBAC meant an easier recovery but boy I was wrong. From my own experience, this is way tougher and I'm starting to realise I may have had it easier first time round!!! We survived our first night home and despite the fatigue, I'm feeling so much love!! My boys made my morning much better today when I walked into the bedroom to see them calming a crying Lala together. Isaac really does have a special touch with his baby sister. When he pats her chest and shushes, she really does stop. He even let her borrow his favourite companion Pengy.
